Using any form of cheating, exploiting, hacking, dual/multiboxing, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited. This includes using bots, aimbots, wallhacks, or any other unauthorized means to modify the game or gain an unfair advantage. Exploiting game mechanics or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, or exploit unintended features is not allowed. This includes any form of bug exploitation, glitch abuse, or any other actions that go against the intended gameplay experience.
DUALBOXING AND MULTIBOXING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, PERIOD.
USING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR ANY REASON IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, PERIOD.
We are fostering a fair, friendly and non-toxic community which includes playing one character per player, period. Dualboxers and multiboxers will be banned, no questions asked.
If you find a bug please submit a ticket in-game, or on Discord in the #bug-reports channel for tracking purposes. Add as much detail as possible so that we can recreate the issue to resolve it.
Failing to comply with the instructions of a staff member is not allowed. This includes ignoring warnings, refusing to cooperate during investigations, or any other form of non-compliance.
Harassment, offensive behavior, or any form of discrimination towards other players is not tolerated. This includes any form of hate speech, bullying, or harassment based on race, gender, religion, or other personal characteristics.
Trading in-game items or services for real money is strictly prohibited. This includes selling or buying gold, items, or services for real money.
Sharing or selling your account is not allowed. This includes giving your account details to another player or selling your account for real money.
Impersonating staff members or other players in any form is not allowed. This includes using similar names, claiming to be a staff member, or any other form of impersonation.
Spamming or advertising in any form is not allowed. This includes spamming in chat, sending unsolicited messages, or advertising other servers or services.
Griefing or disrupting the gameplay of other players is not allowed. This includes intentionally killing other players, stealing their loot, or any other actions that disrupt their gameplay.
Disrespecting staff members or other players in any form is not allowed. This includes any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or offensive behavior.
Abusing the report system in any form is not allowed. This includes making false reports, spamming the report system, or using the report system for any purpose other than reporting rule violations.
